Locals Jeremy Brockway and his wife Rachel Bullock-Brockway had a vision: to create a restaurant in Rehoboth Beach that featured juicing and a wholefoods menu that would appeal to everyone. This vision resulted in Greenman Juice Bar & Bistro, located at 12 Wilmington Avenue, which serves juices, smoothies, and a light fare breakfast and lunch. "We wanted to create a destination where our customers could get great food that is primarily locally sourced, is made from scratch, and features healthy ingredients—but can also be indulgent," said co-owner Rachel Bullock-Brockway. This vision and unique approach has been incredibly successful: Greenman Juice Bar & Bistro will celebrate its 15th anniversary in June and has recently opened a second location in Lewes.
"Rehoboth Beach has been very good to us—we love being part of this thriving business community, which works together to make this town great, and allows us to provide healthy options to our community," said Rachel.
