The program recognizes residential and commercial property owners who contribute to the charm, beauty & ambiance of Rehoboth Beach through preservation, restoration/renovation, new construction and landscaping. The aim is to celebrate and thank those who make significant contributions to our community.

All nominations will be reviewed, and winners will be selected by the Rehoboth Beach Main Street Board of Directors. Winners will be posted on the Rehoboth Beach Main Street website and related social media on Monday August 21, 2022. Winners will be honored at a reception and receive a commemorative plaque. Deadline for entries will be 5PM on Friday August 11, 2023.

ELIGIBILITY
All construction must have been completed between January 1, 2022 and August 1,2023. Property owners are not required to provide access to the interior of the property. Entries will be judged based on photos.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The property must be located within the city limits of Rehoboth Beach. Each entry must include a nomination form and a maximum of six images (sent electronically, or submitted on a disc or flash drive). An entry can be entered in more than one category. Submission of photos indicates that permission has been obtained from the photographer as well as the property owner, and that Rehoboth Beach Main Street is granted use of said photos to promote this event in the press and social media.
HOW TO SEND/PREPARE
All photos/images are required in digital format. Acceptable formats are JPEG or PDF.
MULTIPLE ENTRIES
If submitting in multiple categories, a separate entry form and photos must be provided for each category.
GUIDELINES/ADDITIONAL TERMS
Entry materials will not be returned due to the volume of submissions received. Rehoboth Beach Main Street is not liable for lost, stolen, ineligible, misdirected, damaged, mutilated or postage-due entries. Winning submissions become the property of Rehoboth Beach Main Street. Entrants should not submit photographs they do not own or have permission to use.
DEADLINE
All entries MUST sent electronically, or if mailed, must be received by 5 p.m., Friday August 11, 2023. An email confirmation will be sent once your entry has been received. Entries cannot be hand delivered.
